I am uptmost grateful for the immediate intake of my dog. I was told 8am, was early and waited. My dog was taken in, the instructions I had given for his personal property were ignored, then later they explained they had their own way of things, but in an email prior to arrival shows contradiction. The doctor came in and asked me to lift my 82 lb dog onto a table, I am 5'2, I nearly missed getting him on the table. Pleasant, friendly and professional. My very timid rescue dog looked very comfortable. Not to mention getting the help that she needed for an ear issue.
