We attended this Vet for a second opinion as a previous Vet was not consistent with the standard of care we would expect. Hillcrest reception staff was open to taking us on as new clients and walked us through a comprehensive diagnostic plan that could suit our companion dog and budget. Hillcrest ensured we understood what they were doing and why and gave us pricing upfront before doing anything we may have not wanted. Absolutely horrible experince. My family had to put our dog down today and the staff was more concerned about her releasing her bladder on the floor rather than the fact that I had to hold her down just so they could put her to down because she wouldnt go to sleep. Completely unprofessional and unempathetic and our sweet girl deserved far more than to be treated like an inconvenience.
