My cat was very sick. I called 8 different places trying to get her in. Hillcrest got her in right away and everyone was so very sweet to me and my cat. We weren't able to save her though. They were so supportive to me and so gentle to my cat. I decided to have her cremated. They gave her back to me in a beautifully carved wooden box. A plaque with her paw print. Scheduled to come here at 10:30 am. Waited a hr just to finally be taken in. Just to wait another 30 minutes in the room for what? Do not take waste your time bringing your pets here. Id rather take my business elsewhere that respects your time.
