They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. I purchased a hot tub from them and had it installed but have an issue and need to contact them. They do not and will not respond.
We purchased a hot tub this spring. While we’ve had numerous pools, this is our first hot tub. Jeff and his team took care of the installation which is in a covered and fenced area on level ground. While the hot tub was filling with water, they cleaned up all packaging materials. We currently are going in almost every single day. HillCountry Hot Tubs is a great place to purchase a hot tub. We went to several spa locations throughout the Austin area & some knew their product but many didn't. Jeff was by far the most knowledgeable & he made the purchase effortless since there was absolutely no pressure. The overall service provided thru selection, unbeatable pricing & installation has been some of the highest quality we have ever witnessed. I highly recommend HillCountry Hot Tubs!
Recently purchased a tub from Jeff .. He was on point with delivery and set up and support after delivery to make sure i had all chemicals and supplies ! 100% satisfaction - HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
