Friendly and knowledgeable. I've been coming to Hillchester for a long time. They have had management changes at times but through it all they have always been topnotch. I would highly recommend them.
on 4/13 I had my dogs annual shots. Hillchester took every precaution....sending paperwork before the appt to fill out...vet tech came curbside to get my dog...called when appt was over for me yo pay via phone and then returned my dog to me in the parking lot. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Even with this pandemic going on the staff here was friendly and helpful in caring for our Diva’s final days. Although we weren’t able to be by her side because of social distancing...we were comforted in knowing that she was in good hands. Thank you Hillchester, for your amazing service.

I always have a great experience at Hillchester. They always find time to squeeze in an unexpected appointment and the staff always remembers my dog even though they see so many. I highly recommend them.

I would NOT recommend sending your pet here. They are way over priced, and they try and make you feel bad like it is your fault. I got a phone call from Dr. Christine stating that my dog had an “exposure” to a tick that had lime disease. She was going to charge me $150 to do a test, that wasn’t even necessary to determine how bad the lime disease was. I did my research, and come to find out it was a scam! I then took my dog to petco to do a test to see if she had the lime disease to be sure. She did not have it! Dr christine... read more
