Don't be fooled by the name, this is a professional outfit. Used them for a wedding and everyone loved the food. They were easy to work with and easy-going yet professional. A great choice for Western Slope catering!
Hillbilly Catering was so nice and easy to work with! We had a formal event with 120+ people, and they provided plenty of delicious food for everyone, including some leftovers for us. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Once they arrived, they took care of everything and needed very little from us, which made the event so much easier on our end. I highly recommend Hillbilly Catering for any event and would definitely use them again! Chef Miles and his team were amazing!
We can't heap enough praise on the Hillbilly Catering crew. We booked them for our wedding in Palisade, CO earlier this month. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and delightful. Wedding food always catches a bad reputation, but this crew was the exception to the rule. Countless guests kept coming up to us through the night to tell us how great the spread was. Thanks again to this lovely group of people for helping make our night so special!
Hillbilly catered our wedding on 8/1/26 at Vista View Events in Rifle, CO. Chef Steff is dedicated to her work and was very easy to talk to when planning for the wedding. We chose the Mountain Town Events menu, with Tri-Tip (a special request) and grilled chicken. Both were great, but the grilled chicken was amazing!
