Amazing food!
Cannot recommend these guys enough! They catered our company Christmas party and did a fantastic job! Everything was all set up for us, and the food was AMAZING! People were fighting over taking home the leftovers. 100% Will be using them in the future!

One of my favorite caterers to work with as a local wedding photographer. They're able to serve off-beat remote locations in addition to our beautiful venues across the western slope, the service is top-notch, they help us keep the schedule on track, and their food is always wonderful!
Extremely professional, gave great suggestions, and the food was absolutely amazing!!! Not your traditional banquet food - which we loved! Sad we didn't get pictures of the entrees. We received so many compliments from our guests! Thanks for making us look good Hillbilly Catering & Events!
