The team at Hillbilly were great to work with. There were a few factors that made our wedding a little difficult for vendors - we ran the wedding off generators and there was no cell phone signal. They handled all of this with grace - bringing up their own truck, generators, and everything else to be self-sufficient while also serving 200 guests. Hillbilly Grill is the BEST caterer to work with! For an event of roughly 580 people, they were professional, thoughtful, and kind to everyone they interacted with. It only took 38 minutes for 580 folks to get through their lines! And the food was OUTSTANDING. The preparation before the event was so seamless, and Chef Steff and Chef Miles are so prepared. I would highly recommend Hillbilly Grill. I am beyond impressed with their services. Thank you for making our Luncheon a HIT!
