We hired Hillbilly catering for our wedding reception and everything was great! The food was delicious, it was set up nicely, the company was easy to work with and there was no stress in the process! They will give you PLENTY of food, honestly we had too much! Definitely recommend!
Chef Steff and team helped us put on the wedding of our dreams! She was so kind and compassionate during the entire process, from the original booking to the night of the event. The food her and her team created was delicious and everyone raved about it the entire night. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend if you’re getting married in the Grand Junction area!!

I appreciated working with Chef Steff to get my event catered and taken care of! I'm from out of town, rented an Airbnb, and had no idea how I could put the whole thing together. She was reassuring and thoughtful! Chef Miles dropped the food off and organized the presentation for us, provided leftover containers for us, and picked up promptly. It was perfect! I'm sorry I forgot to take pictures of the food as it was delicious.
Food was delicious, enough quantity and stayed hot until we opened the container, definitely will use their service again
