Poor Customer Service Experience! I recently received an earring set from this jewelry brand online as my birthday gift. Unfortunately, one of the earrings was loose and did not snap in securely. I bought this as a birthday gift for my friend, and within the first week after she received it, one of the hoops opened and fell out of her ear twice. When she took it to the store, the staff responded in a very cold and unwelcoming manner and told her that they do not do exchanges. This was especially disappointing because she owns several other Hillberg & Berk hoops and has been a long-term customer. I love this location. Compared to other stores in Edmonton the layout of this store is very well done. What really made me want to write this review was the service we received from Mahrukh, I really appreciated that she gave us space to look around but when we did find something to bring home she was very quick and very friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we got the best product and service possible. Thank you for the experience!
I came in yesterday to discuss a repair on a chain for my daughter. Sarah assisted me. She was so professional and kind. Sarah also assisted me with the purchase of two pairs of earrings. I really enjoyed my experience.
