Anika the manager at Hillberg & Berk, is amazing! Always friendly, welcoming and smiling. The rest of management should seriously take a page out of Anika’s book because she clearly knows how customer service should be done.
The assistant manager, I believe her name was Anika, was beyond delightful to deal with. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely amazing at what she does! Will definitely be back.
