I brought some damaged jewelry to the store last week (courtesy of my excited toddler who likes to grab my necklaces). They repaired the two necklaces and cleaned them, all free of charge! And I had a pair or earrings that couldn’t be repaired, so they extended a discount on a new pair which I thought was very generous! Colin and Sarah were both extremely helpful and clearly passionate about their jobs. Thanks so much for all your help!!
Erin the Sales Rep at Market Mall is truly remarkable! She not only helped me with my large order on Boxing Day when it was VERY busy. She also cleaned my current items that needed refreshing. She truly made my experience fun and was very patient in showing the different options on earrings and looks. Calm and very knowledgable.
