I brought some damaged jewelry to the store last week (courtesy of my excited toddler who likes to grab my necklaces). They repaired the two necklaces and cleaned them, all free of charge! And I had a pair or earrings that couldn’t be repaired, so they extended a discount on a new pair which I thought was very generous! Erin the Sales Rep at Market Mall is truly remarkable! She not only helped me with my large order on Boxing Day when it was VERY busy. She also cleaned my current items that needed refreshing.
