TERRIBLE QUALITY. I bought a pair of $170 earrings, they shipped me hoop earrings whereby the clasp is completely unusable. You cannot wear the earrings at all - clasp is broken. They won't offer a refund on the product claiming that items are final sale. Final Sale should not be on items that are broken before you ever have a chance to wear them even one time. I used to be a very loyal customer, however when you buy these products they dont tell you how there practically single use. After 5 months of wear my gold plating was completely rubbed off, I had been fighting with management to help me since it is quite expensive, i never got them wet, used harsh chemicals around them, and have an airtight case I store them in.
