Came in to get a gift for my girlfriend and Nawailah was so helpful. Made my life much easier and I’m grateful for her help. Great employee, great experience!
Yesterday I was looking at the window display at the front of your store and a lady that worked there repeatedly tried to get me to come inside. Saying things like “do you like that” “you should come in!” Etc. She was a tad bit aggressive and put me off coming in the store completely. Would like to return and not be pressured into buying something before I even enter the store.
Went to the mall looking for a birthday gift for my sister. Huge selection and amazing customer service by Mariam and jannah who were eager to help and answer all the questions I had about H&B. Really fun interaction and very sweet girls! Love the Kingsway location. I Was in a rush today but definitely will be back to finalize my purchase.
Beautiful jewelry, horrible customer service. I walked in with the intention to buy a pair of earrings. I wasn’t even acknowledged and I stood looking at the earrings for awhile. Three women just stayed huddled around the computer, chatting. Not sure if it was the way I looked or because I had my son in a stroller with me… but apparently they didn’t want to make a sale that afternoon. I won’t be returning to this location.
If I could give more than 5 * I would!! This store was elegant and the customer service was 10/10. I will absolutely be returning for another purchase.
