I used to be a very loyal customer, however when you buy these products they dont tell you how there practically single use. After 5 months of wear my gold plating was completely rubbed off, I had been fighting with management to help me since it is quite expensive, i never got them wet, used harsh chemicals around them, and have an airtight case I store them in. Kingsway store, Feb 16. My daughter went into the Kingsway location to exchange a bracelet she received for her birthday. The bracelet was purchased online by her grandparents, who live in rural Alberta. She simply wanted to exchange it for the exact same bracelet in a different metal. Despite explaining that it was a gift, the staff member processed it as a full return to the original credit card and then charged her the full price for the new bracelet.
