Visited this evening with my mother and my baby! The staff were super sweet, very helpful and knowledgeable! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
I bought a necklace in December. Soon after it broke. I took it back for a replacement and was told the replacement has no warranty. Now less than a year later stones are missing and they say it’s due to water damage and the necklace has no warranty anyway. So buyer beware about quality of the jewelry sold and the warranty only covers you once
I used to be a very loyal customer, however when you buy these products they dont tell you how there practically single use. After 5 months of wear my gold plating was completely rubbed off, I had been fighting with management to help me since it is quite expensive, i never got them wet, used harsh chemicals around them, and have an airtight case I store them in. I came in Saturday to get some Christmas shopping out of the way. I wasn’t sure what to get and was an unsure of where to start but the ladies were absolutely spectacular. They helped me find the perfect gift and made the entire trip super easy going and enjoyable. Will definitely be returning soon!
Spectacular customer service, friendly and informed sales staff and all in all a great shopping experience! I was in to purchase a gift for my Mother back in September who has various metal sensitivities. The staff was very helpful in aiding me to choose the appropriate gift that would fit Mums specific needs! Not to mention the product quality not only presents well but definitely holds up over time! 10/10 would recommend this location, conveniently stationed in Bower Place Shopping Center!
