Wow! This place not only has the best gifts, but the best people to deal with. One of my pieces broke and they had no problem giving me my credit back to replace it no questions asked! The return policy is amazing and the staff is so nice to work with
I was in the Red Deer store just before Black Friday, buying a gift for my wife and the staff were great. Answered lots of questions and had great suggestions. What really blew me away today though was the service on Boxing Day. I had come in as my wife had wanted to exchange the present I had purchased for her. Lovely staff! Came in with my necklace that was just a few days over the warranty, as it had somehow broke. They replaced it for me with their new necklace style, so additionally I purchased a few more items! :) Great place to get quality jewelry
