I came in Saturday to get some Christmas shopping out of the way. I wasn’t sure what to get and was an unsure of where to start but the ladies were absolutely spectacular. They helped me find the perfect gift and made the entire trip super easy going and enjoyable. Will definitely be returning soon!
Spectacular customer service, friendly and informed sales staff and all in all a great shopping experience! I was in to purchase a gift for my Mother back in September who has various metal sensitivities. The staff was very helpful in aiding me to choose the appropriate gift that would fit Mums specific needs! Not to mention the product quality not only presents well but definitely holds up over time! 10/10 would recommend this location, conveniently stationed in Bower Place Shopping Center!
I had such a great experience working with Reese at Hilberg & Berk. She was incredibly understanding of what I was looking for and made the whole process feel comfortable and enjoyable. Wow! This place not only has the best gifts, but the best people to deal with. One of my pieces broke and they had no problem giving me my credit back to replace it no questions asked! The return policy is amazing and the staff is so nice to work with
I was in the Red Deer store just before Black Friday, buying a gift for my wife and the staff were great. Answered lots of questions and had great suggestions. What really blew me away today though was the service on Boxing Day. I had come in as my wife had wanted to exchange the present I had purchased for her.
