I was 5 minutes late. She acted like I was the sole cause of their practice shutting down. She was extremely annoyed from the jump, constantly looking at the clock and getting really upset that I wasn't a quick fix without questions. I understand we all have bad days. But as a provider in a position with possibly delicate subjects, the way I was treated like someone who was just in her way during my appointment was difficult. A hallmark of a good health care provider is a willingness to listen. Hillary jumped to conclusions and then accused me of miscommunication and wasting her time. I am absolutely disappointed with this provider and will make sure I do not schedule future appointments with Hillary.

I can’t say enough positive things about Hilary! I was truly struggling postpartum with anxiety and she always took the time to check in on me and listen to how I felt. I’m now a year postpartum and feeling like myself again!
