Receptionist tone of voice was very hostile, ended up hanging up on me before I got to say goodbye.
Dr Loper is the best!!! She has the best bed side manor that I have experienced, she answers all my questions and she is very knowledgeable. She also listens to me and takes her time with me.
I have been a patient of Dr Loper for several years and she has always been available, concerned with my total health, and well aware of the changing technology of diabetic care. Dr Loper and her staff are attentive and very concerned for every aspect of my office visits. I located Dr Loper when I needed a new doctor while working in Owings Mills but I now drive an hour or more and will continue to do so to receive her excellent care.
It took me forever to find an Endocrinologist who would actually listen to how I was feeling vs. what the bloodwork says - Dr Loper is just that doctor. She's patient, an excellent listener, and is thorough in her exam & explanations. I highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who can say more than "You're in the normal range."
Dr. Loper is just an average Endocrinologist. I would not refer her to anyone I genuinely care about. Also, BEWARE of her awful Receptionist who's name is LAURIKA! She is downright rude, cuts you off when you're talking, sarcastic and altogether NASTY! She has ZERO 'People Skills' and should seek a career where dealing with other human beings is NOT one of her job responsibilities.
