It was easy enough to get a call. Hillary and her office were responsive. I was initially told it would take 2–3 days to provide a demand letter. Almost two weeks later, she emailed to say she preferred that I find a different attorney. The reason given was her belief that I did not have permission to use certain documentation in my claim, despite my explaining multiple times that I did. Overall, I found my interactions with Hillary to be rude and condescending.
