The most caring Doctor ever!
doctor was competent and friendly, but one of staff taking history acted like i had no reason to have made an appointment. basically "but why are you even here" when i have had glaucoma for 20 years, congenital cataracts, extreme near sited and chronic dry eyes and was looking for a new primary eye doc. I didn't feel welcomed there by her at all. Just want somewhere that takes my eye care seriously.
I went there for my routine exam and was not told to bring in my glasses. The nurses were rude and told me I need to go get them. Which they were in my car, not a big deal I come back in and the other nurse wanted to know what took so long, Told her I parked in the front. She then decided to berate me for not parking in the back to make it easier on them. Then I go to the other room, after my eyes were dilated and she couldn't make up her mind if I needed to my face up against the machine or not. Will be looking for a new ey... read more
I went to Dr. Hill after finding them online. I had them do my cataract surgery. They did an incredible job and their prices were reasonable since I did not have insurance. I highly recommend Hill Vision Services!
