Worst place to rent. They charge less but their properties have black mold in them. Their tenants destroy the neighborhood around them and make life miserable for everyone. They don’t hold them to their lease agreements and don’t honor them very well either.

I have been very pleased with how Hill Valley has handled everything so far. I moved in a couple weeks ago and any issue that I have had has been resolved in a very timely manner whether it’s in office or with maintenance.
