I have been very pleased with how Hill Valley has handled everything so far. I moved in a couple weeks ago and any issue that I have had has been resolved in a very timely manner whether it’s in office or with maintenance.
Wonderful landlords in terms of responsiveness and such. Though there’s one major issue, maintenance. I’m on my third year renting from and every summer the AC System has failed or broken down due to heat and issues with the outside unit itself. Call maintenance and they get it fixed well and quick enough but the solutions only seem to be partial and almost a stopgap as we’ve been led to believe it’s the same piece repeatedly failing or a filter that we cannot access.
