Needed an R-14 relay valve replaced on our motorhome to repair an air leak. Spent the night in their RV lot hooked up to 50 amp service. The next morning we were fixed and on our way by noon. Thanks to their team as they also were able to get Freightliner to pay for the part under warranty.
I received outstanding customer and expert technical expertise service. I left a hand-written, detailed customer survey with the facility. I also wanted to recognize my satisfaction and appreciation to this very large facility and its capabilities. Had some body work (parts) done here. Fantastic service by the staff including Mitch and Kayla. The facility is as clean as any Buc-ees you've ever been to.
Nice enough people, but when I'm 1000 miles from home under a load I can't afford to wait "a couple days" for a diagnosis.
