Watch them like a hawk. I'll start off by saying I do not think they are complete sheisters, but I recently had my New Beetle there for service. They ignorge written and verbal $$$ limits for repairs. I authorized $100 before they should call. When I checked in, they were already up to $300. Later, I authorize $850.00 and the bill was $1100+.
