I can't speak to their repair work. What I can divulge is my experience attempting to buy a used vehicle from their lot. The fact that this place specializes in VW repair and sells used VW on their lot should mean that their used cars are in great condition, correct? CROOKS AND THEIVES THEY R CROOKS AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I took my vw in to see what was wrong and said i might want an oil change if i decide to fix the car. They said they would call me before anything was done. They never called i had to call them multiple times. I recently moved to jacksonville, FL and my VW Jetta broke down. I think mechanics wait for a women to walk in the door just to mark up the price! Then I found Hilltop!!!! I paid 1/4 of the price and haven't had any problems since. I take my car to Hilltop for all my maintenance and have never had a problem. Great service and very honest. I appreciate it so much!! I will never take my car to anyone else!

Run Run Run THEY DO NOT FOLLOW OWNERS INSTRUCTIONS. I told them not to fix anything in the car, just wanted a quote and figure out when i'm ready and can aford to fix it. But they went ahead to fix some of the stuff anyways without informing me. I think thats a little shady

Spares I am refurbishing a 1973 Karmann Ghia and getting parts at the right price here in England can be very expensive. I came across Hill Top Motors whilst surfing the internet and gave them a phone call regarding some parts that I needed.Both the price for the parts and postage costs were excellent.I ordered the parts and they arrived well packaged within 6 days. Will I use them again. Yes I will !! Many thanks to Glen and Charlotte for the 5* service.

In October 2008 the heads failed on my Volkswagon Westfalia. Hill Top Motors made the repairs. By March 2009, one side failed again. I had it repaired by the shop incurring $300 to get the car back to the shop because we do not live in Jacksonville. In September 2009 the head failed again, but this time we are 1200 miles away. Glen of Hill Top Motors would not even speak to me about a plan for either getting the car back to Jacksonville or paying for repairs where we the car is currently located.
