I was quoted $168 for diagnostics, but later told it would be higher due to “extra checks” without my consent, and no clear explanation was given. They eventually honored the original price, but the repair quote was about double what other shops offered for similar work, and they refused to break down labor vs. parts. Don’s shop is a great find I. Daly City. He was able to diagnose my Odyssey issues. Definitely will be back in the new year. Took me 27years to find this efficient and professional Honda helper. Established 1997

Had Don do an inspection on a used car we were considering buying. He found missing clips under the engine that might have cost a few dollars. But he missed a multi-thousand dollar a/c problem and he missed other things as well. Don's a really nice guy, but his inspection was a painful botch for us.
