Parking is near impossible to find at night due to several cars double-parked taking up TWO spots of permit parking on the road EACH, complex owners do nothing about it. We legitimately have to move out this year due to this parking issue.
Willy, our super and his helper Omar work tirelessly to maintain the grounds of Hilltop Manor. Whether it's fixing a leaky faucet or keeping the grounds pristine, they're always on top of it. Willy goes above and beyond with any repairs or replacements needed in the apartments. Their friendly demeanor and prompt assistance make living here a breeze. We're grateful to have them keeping everything running smoothly at Hilltop Manor.
We have lived at Hilltop for over 10 years and couldn’t be happier. From day 1 of living here our super has been awesome - Willy is always out and about cleaning the grounds and making everything safe and beautiful. Willy’s team works tirelessly to ensure Hilltop shines. Any time we have an issue in the apt he helps us, keeps us informed if something has to be ordered and is right with us till the job is done. Thanks to Willy and the Hilltop team for making our apt into a home.
I've been here for eleven years willy and Omar are great any thing I've needed they help me with such as repairs and maintenance well done guys
Creepy old man stands at the Hilltop Manor sign with his thumb out hitch hiking nearly every day. This man continues to walk up approach my wife and DAUGHTER at their cars asking them for rides down to quick check 1 mile away. Apartment owners do nothing about it after several complaints filed. He is a resident of these apartments. Beware.
