Be careful when trying to view an apartment because their leasing office does not answer the phone. I called several times earlier this week and was finally able to schedule a viewing. When I show up to the viewing there were no clear email instructions to the leasing office or where to meet the realtor. They also did not answer multiple calls while I walked around looking for the leasing office. Good luck if you’d like to look at apartments here or live here and need to request maintenance!

Highly predatory leasing practices. Avoid this apartment complex and Goldberg Realty if you care at all about your family.

We just moved in and Willie has been a super great help. Anything that we needed done was fixed greatly and in a timely manner.

Parking is near impossible to find at night due to several cars double-parked taking up TWO spots of permit parking on the road EACH, complex owners do nothing about it. We legitimately have to move out this year due to this parking issue.

Willy, our super and his helper Omar work tirelessly to maintain the grounds of Hilltop Manor. Whether it's fixing a leaky faucet or keeping the grounds pristine, they're always on top of it. Willy goes above and beyond with any repairs or replacements needed in the apartments. Their friendly demeanor and prompt assistance make living here a breeze. We're grateful to have them keeping everything running smoothly at Hilltop Manor.
