I've been to several veterinarians in the area, and Hill Top has been the first clinic that truly cared for my dog Ava. I will never go back to her old veterinarian after seeing how kind Dr. Scholer was with my skiddish Ava. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was kind enough to call and check on Ava the following day to make sure she was feeling better and repsonding well to medication. Thank you for all that you do Hill Top!
If I could give a higher rating I definitely would. We had to say goodbye to our girl last week and Dr. Scholer cared for her like his very own. He gave us all the time we needed, explained everything and put us at ease. He even allowed our friends and family to say goodbye as well. Fly was my husband's K9 partner but above all she was our family. She protected my husband on the job and she loved our babies at home. Dr. Scholer and his staff have been nothing short of awesome! We moved to Augusta last year and my frenchie Hank became a "frequent flyer" with HillTop. I really appreciated all of the follow up calls(even on weekends) to see how Hank was reacting to steroid shots and antibiotics. It was invaluable to me as a worried dog mom. Dr. S is always willing to speak on the phone and answer questions - he and Hill Top staff truly go the extra mile. They never rush you either. Thanks for everything!
