Will never go back to Conway, sc location or any other. Worst service ever. Had hub wheel assembly replaced on both sides of front $600. Halfway to work the next morning the brake caliper fell in rim and gouged my rim all to hell (did not have a scratch on it before Mavis.) After they finally get the "new" rim in it took them three hours even with an appt to replace it. I inspect their work. They replaced my rim with a refurbished rim that was as bad as my bad rim. Had a bad valve stem leaking on my 2011 pathfinder so I took it up to Mavis tire on a Sunday. The tech that took my vehicle was very fast and knowledgeable and only took him 5 minutes to fix the issue. After a brief conversation with the tech I went inside to pay for the repairs and the manager did even charge me. That’s very kind of him . First impression always makes a difference.

Had a flat tire while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Found it when we went out to our car at dinner time. Called Mavis-Chris did not have my tire at his location. After the way I was treated when I asked to check a the for a possible nail, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Really sucks that the Hill's sold out to this bunch of inbreds but, the money they were offered would make anyone sell their business...... Don't believe the reviews below that give 5 stars, those were back before the Hill's sold out.
They were so awesome they took care of me with a smile they were just so generous they took care of me they're awesome I recommend them with all my heart and soul because they are the nicest people there I recommend them and I will definitely be a repeat customer
