I would give it zero stars if I could. All I needed was a statement of sale notarized and filed. They wouldn't accept a copy of my name change document and then wanted to charge me $5 to notarize. Charging people for shit that other tag agencies do not. And the building smells like stale cigarettes. Place needs shut down.

I would not come here if I was you they are rude and can't help people with handicap couldn't process my finger print never had this problem. DO NOT GO TO THIS TAG AGENCY------- update I went to another tag to update my address and it was only $25 and this place charge $38.50

This place reeks with cigarette smell- I mean this is horrible, I have been here at two different times to renew tag thinking the first time may be just a coincidence. It is hard to breath in there.
