No way!! Took my rescue kitty in for an emergency appointment an saw Dr. Haun. No bedside manner, but he got kitty fixed up. Gave them another chance today, hoping it was just the emergency situation that made the first visit notsogood. He NEVER listened to what I was saying, proceeded to give my PREGNANT cat "shots"...didn't even tell me what he was injecting - I had to ask the ladies at the front desk. Been going here since 1969 Have been going to this Vet since 1969. He was the only one who could handle my 100+ pound German Shepherd. When she was very ill he got down on the floor with her to tend to her needs. The compassion he showed her is an unmistakable marker of a good dedicated doctor. She was in the hospital for 3 days. Her companion German Shepherd died in our arms but the older one made it through thanks to these dedicated doctors. They took very good care of her and didn't empty our pocketbook.
not satisfied As a past client of Hill Street Veterinary Hospital I would have to say that I can't recommend them. The attending vet is sorely lacking in "bedside manners" with the dogs that I have taken to him. I suspect that he is afraid of dogs. Not a good thing in a vet but that is just my opinion.
