RecommendedMy bunny Flopsy got fixed here and they were amazing to begin with. In the way home, he broke his foot in his carrier. The next day, as soin as I realized it, they had him right back in. The staff was so amazing with both me(a mess) and my bunny who was in pain. The doctor answered my calls personally everytime, she made Flopsy comfortable, abd they had him in for surgery as siin as they possibly could. very friendly and they fixed our baby with out breaking our wallets. it Christmas time and we r struggling but will do anything for our fur babies. they gave a the best care for our Marley.

I switched to Hill Street when I got my puppy in February - I've been very happy with them! Super nice staff, and even though I'm sure COVID has been a challenge, I think they're handling it great! The wait can be long for "walk-in" appointments, but other than the wait, the process is very smooth.
Thank you to Hill Street Veterinary practice. They did a great job during lockdown of modifying their operations to still be able to serve animal clients with curbside admissions and phone transactions. It works really well, and they are continuing to offer this option even though people are allowed inside now. My dogs needed vaccinations and treatment during lockdown, and they did not have to wait. Thanks Hill Street!
Professional Service with compassion for animals. The office staff takes great care in providing a high quality service. The staff is very friendly even with the Covid-19 safety procedures in place . I would highly recommend!
Terrible treatment of our senior dog. Promised my husband could go in with her to keep her calm. Upon arriving, said no. Then wanted to euthanize her on the spot. Later said it was a miscommunication and my husband was supposed to be inside with her. The vet tech Jill who confirmed the day before that he could go in, was the same vet tech that refused the next day. Terrible experience. No compassion. Do not recommend.
