Unfortunately, I could not give them a ZERO! I would not recommend them to anyone of color. They only have the interest of "their kind". They are incompetent and lack when filing claims. They are detached from real people and the hard working middle class. I thought my insurance was with Liberty Mutual, and I later found out I had to deal with them. Biggest mistake I have ever made!
