I had an oil change and tire change done and this weekend my oil plug fell out, which could of cause severe engine issues. While getting this fixed including an engine shampoo due to the oil spray, asked them to change my tires back. Well when my tires were changed they broke the lock nut key due to too much torque when putting them on and that is programmed for my vehicle. Not happy at the additional costs of the shampoo, the plug, and changing tires not to mention don't know the cost now of the programmed key I will need. ... read more
