Our family was very interested in a motorcycle Hill River Cycles had in stock. We tried to talk with them about a trade, which they pretty much immediately said they weren't really interested in, implying it had been wrecked. Then we we offered $500 off of the asking price with cash in hand and were still turned down with the refusal of any negotiations. We felt as though they had no real desire to sell the motorcycle.

Awesome and honest people! Before making the 4.5 hour trip to their shop I felt so confident in our conversations that I had already added insurance to my soon to be new Spyder! I definitely recommend supporting small businesses and this one for sure gets 5 stars from me!
Hill River Cycles is outstanding in so many ways. They care about their customers, they have a good choice of bikes, their prices are reasonable. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to earn your business. For me, the 370 trip to their shop was a great decision.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They sold us a UTV that was not powerful enough to use on our mountainous land. The owner delivered the UTV so was aware about the steepness of our land. Within the first week of use it was clear that the UTV was not suitable for use on our land. This was also verified by the manufacturer. We asked to return the vehicle which Hill River refused to do. Unbelievably helpful and friendly. Definitely went the extra mile to help throughout the entire process. I bought my motorcycle from out of state, and they made all the paperwork easy. I am a complete novice, and Nathan went above and beyond helping me get the motorcycle loaded up and immediately answered questions I had after getting the bike home. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a cycle of any kind
