Not worth the headache at moveout. I was a tenant at this apartment complex from May to November 2013. They do have a 6 month lease option if you ask. My work was within walking distance, but I transferred offices and I moved so that I could be closer to my new office. I would probably still live at Hill Rise if I had not transferred. I rented a 2 bedroom lower unit that had approximately 900 square feet for $740 a month. They are willing to negotiate advertised prices and seem to always have vacant units.
