Sarah Hill is a terrible landlord!! She will not return your security deposit no matter how clean you leave the home! She does not do repairs properly and will blame you for anything that breaks. She will go through the house and your things when you aren't home and makes slanderous remarks about you. I just won a judgement against her in small claims court for my entire security deposit. She does not keep records and based her entire claim on her own 'cleanliness standards'. Do not rent from her!!!
I'm giving 1 star because that's the minimum to rate this business but not worth that. This woman will try to charge for repairs that she herself as a landlord should do. She has a not so handy.. "handy man" who does horrible repair work and she actually had to call someone to fix his mistakes. She tried to charge us for a dog door that was installed when we moved in, never showed up for any walk throughs.. the house was never cleaned upon occupancy. Do NOT make the MISTAKE of renting with this company/lady! We did read some reviews, but felt we could deal with anyone.....we were wrong! Hill Mgmt and Sara Hill are unprofessional, attempt to intimidate tenants, change the rules once you've signed a lease, give you unreasonable move out criteria that borders on intimidation and are basically the worse people I have ever dealt with and I am NOT young! The other reviews are probably being nicer to this company than they deserve. My experience with her was completely negative. She is clueless.
This woman has no scruples. The property has not been maintained in many years. Since the actual owner of the rental lives out of state, I don't think he knows how bad of shape his property is in and how many thousands of dollars it will cost to have the property repaired. The homeowners around my rental have all had problems with her. She lies to everyone and they all know she's lying, but like most liars, she's too stupid to realize how people really feel about her.
Do not rent through this realtor and if you do, document ALL pre-existing conditions and have a disinterested 3rd party witness the condition of the property. Sarah Hill will lie to make herself more money. After I moved in, I realized how bad of shape the property was in. When I attempted to discuss problems, she would start talking/yammering and wouldn't listen at all. I gave up, but she ended up charging my rental deposit for many of those problems.
