Mrs. Bennett is very sweet but I feel like I was purposely deceived so she could help a friend. We had an agreement with the seller that the leaning chimney would come down. I was sent the receipt and was told it would be done during warmer weather. I had to send out a reminder to have it taken down at the beginning of spring. They finally came out and removed half the chimney by pulling it down. This caused the bottom to pull away from the house, causing excessive damage to the wall and the fireplace inside.
