After getting work done and an item broke it has taken FOREVER to get someone... anyone to come out and look at said item... multiple calls and everytime another excuse... we are really busy it will be a week before someone can come and look an week passes and still nothing. Making another phone call and same thing being said!

Very welcoming and helpful. I went in knowing nothing about how to treat and maintain my summer pool for my kids and came out feeling confident. They were very helpful and explained everything I needed to know for my pool size. Customer service was 10 stars!

Our booster pump started making a racket, I asked at another company in town if any rebuilt them around here, a customer in the store told me to contact Hill Pools. Call was made and they were out very quickly. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the valves in the plumbing. Highly recommend this company. The entire staff is knowledgeable and courteous!
We got a new liner in our pool this summer and it turned out beautiful! Anytime we need them, they come right out! GREAT customer service and great work!
