I must have called 15 times in different days... no answers. I don't understand how my expensive insurance set me up with such a poor quality provider.
Awful company that makes it extremely difficult to get medications refilled. I consistently have issues with them. My physician refuses to refill prescriptions that my life is dependent on and that is a perfect analogy to what it's like dealing with this company.
Horrible , just horrible.
