I receive excellent care and attention from Dr Hill and his staff. Everything is well explained. In particular the office manager Patty goes above and beyond working with a very hard to deal with insurance. I can’t say enough how pleasant and diligent Patty is as well as Dr Hill. Thank you so very much.
They schedule appointments for physical therapy and then cancel them last minute. They charge you twice for their services. Make sure you request receipts!!! The secretary is very unprofessional be aware of some of the physicians since they are more interested in your looks than the actual reason you went to the visit. This looks like an auto insurance ran office.
I want to say that I read the reviews and I'm glad I went. I found that the front staff, nurses and xray technician were very kind, helpful and very sweet. Dr hill made me feel very hopeful that he will help me finally be pain free.
