Paid them through Hudson Valley credit Union to close on our refi.They were supposed to file a satisfaction as far as the attorney general is concerned. "That's what they do"....have the lien transferred to HVCU. Oh..HVCU IS ON, but old bank is still listed. Has been a year and a 1/2 AND still working.The response I got from Hill and Dale... the bank's cause so many problems for people and Get back to us in June if it isn't worked out.
