dentist The facility is convenient and clean. The employees are pleasant but not overly. The feeling is that of a factory...get them in....get them out. I did not feel as if the office/clinic worked as a team and it makes the patient feel uncomfortable. If you are looking for a "family" dentist I am not sure this is the place to go.
great dentist, horrible customer issues Great dentist, but they have horrible customer issues. They have lost a customer because of how they acted. When I called to ask a question about my bill, I was told I needed to speak with April. So, I spoke with April, I asked very politely about an insurance questions. Then she starts going on a rude rant. She says the phrase, "It's YOUR responsibility to pay." I interrupted her to say, "I know it's my responsibility to pay and I'm going to pay it I just had a ques..." She interrupts... read more
World Class This has been the best dentis our family has ever used. The staff is very friendly and proffesional. The dentist are experts with children. On 2 occasions after 2 different procedures Dr. Moudy has called shortly after dinner to check on my son. You just can't ask for more from a Dr. or Dentist. I wouldn't recommend any other.
