I have bought numerous hams here, they are usually outstanding. This Christmas the ham we bought was without a doubt the worst I have ever purchased, anywhere. Meat was rubbery, hard and chewy. I contacted Hill Meats to let them know I paid $68 for a ham that no one would touch after their first bite. I never heard back from them.
