Visiting Pensacola FL for family vacation/birthday and unfortunately had a fender bender with a tree. Rebecca and one of the technicians from collision repair were so kind to look over our Ram to ensure it was safe to make our long trip home. You can tell they were knowledgeable and have looked under quite a few vehicles before. Truly appreciate their kindness. Best birthday present to have peace of mind from another set of eyes to ensure our family is safe while traveling!
Took vehicle in for service. The service was not completed. Vehicle still in disrepair. Still charged the full amount. Beware of the service department. They lack the transparency that if your car cannot be fixed they will still charge you for the repair. This should have been communicated before service was attempted. Hill Kelly Dodge has always been the best dealership anywhere in the southeast. I have bought numerous cars there and have used their services for oil changes and anything I've ever needed everybody there has been courteous polite and very knowledgeable.
