Took vehicle in for service. The service was not completed. Vehicle still in disrepair. Still charged the full amount. Beware of the service department. They lack the transparency that if your car cannot be fixed they will still charge you for the repair. This should have been communicated before service was attempted. Deception is 2nd nature to this dealer. You absolutely cannot get your vehicle serviced here, unless you’re ok tossing your money into the wind. Hill Kelly Dodge has always been the best dealership anywhere in the southeast. I have bought numerous cars there and have used their services for oil changes and anything I've ever needed everybody there has been courteous polite and very knowledgeable. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler on 1/10/2025 and had the pleasure of having Martin as my salesperson. He was attentive, kind, and very personable. He answered all my questions and was honest if he didn’t know the answer, but made sure he found out the correct answer. I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change, it’s been almost 3 hours and I’m still waiting. They are unbelievably slow. I’m not coming back here for service anymore.
