My truck spent almost all of December in the service center. Totaled over 31 days and 5 or 6 repair visits. Each time to get it back to find out it was not fixed or partially fixed. Between getting the vehicle back missing bolts and securing those hoses and harness’ to having multiple parts thrown at it until something worked this has been a nightmare. Visiting Pensacola FL for family vacation/birthday and unfortunately had a fender bender with a tree. Rebecca and one of the technicians from collision repair were so kind to look over our Ram to ensure it was safe to make our long trip home. You can tell they were knowledgeable and have looked under quite a few vehicles before. Truly appreciate their kindness.
