DO NOT GO TO HILL KELLY JEEP DODGE I was in a car accident, chose the dealer to repair my brand new Grand Cherokee. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE AND LIES. My car was put together worse then something from a junkyard. The Bodyshop here , has nothing on Frankenstein. My car will never be the same . They took 5 weeks longer than promised, never got me a rental. Had to “ let go the guy who did my repairs” now I don’t even wanna drive or own this vehicle. Wheels don’t match. Badges missing . i recently left negative feedback for Miles Bentley but problem was resolved and ended up being a misunderstanding.
Horrible customer service from Miles Bentley. My wife naught a vehicle several mth a ago. They messed up the title and marked it as salvage and due to this our ins company wouldn't cover us. Was told by Miles they would make it right by us but he avoids us and will not return calls for two mths now. Complete and total disregard for us as customers and extremely unprofessional individual.
