Jim does great work. He has helped us with quite a few repairs and replacements of toilets, faucets, and pipes. His recommendation of high quality products and his good installations are why we keep coming back.

Jim is great! He has been to my house several times for small jobs (water valve replacements) and replaced my water heater twice (first time was 15 years ago, second was last year). Leave a message and he will call you back when he can and will always help you as soon as he can. Very professional, knowledgeable, and (most important) friendly.
