I love Jim! He’s the kindest most patient man! He helped me learn how to use my own drain very patiently🤣 and he also has fixed my toilet multiple times and offered to do anything he could to help me through my townhome property. He is genuinely the sweetest guy ever! I appreciate you Jim!!!!

Jim is great! He has been to my house several times for small jobs (water valve replacements) and replaced my water heater twice (first time was 15 years ago, second was last year).
