Katrina in management is totally unresponsive. If you catch her in person she might promise this or that follow through, but rarely does. Who knows what they get paid for. Makes this place feel like it's run by slum lords
A place to live BUT very run down, Maintenence literally does nothing, parking is a complete nightmare. Constant people rummaging through garbage cans. Rotting wood, unsafe stairs. Benefit is month to month and cheap. I guess you get what you pay for…
