I called to touch base with them about my case because they are supposed to be representing me and haven't heard from them in a good 3 1/2 weeks ago and leave messages no response and when I call to speak with the Para legal in the front I'm guessing she was pretty rude toward me probably didn't even know who I am . And doesn't even let me talk before talking over me to say she doesn't know and that the lawyer that is on my case has 100s of emails he needs to get to first so that was pleasant!
