Hill Electric sent a technician out on 7/10 because we have a light fixture that wasn't working properly. The technician said it was an easy fix - just needed to replace a part. He promised to call when the part came in. On 7/12, I called in because I had not heard anything. I was told nobody knew anything about it and the parts department was not told to order anything, but the technician was on vacation, so they'd call back after he returned.
