We had a hall fan/light that was not working. Two men came out without a “base price” notification. They were here a total of 5-7min and turned a screwdriver twice on a loose switch wire. I called to notify the company later that day that one of the men had left his tools and to find out how much the cost was. No price given as the work done had not been filled out yet. 3 weeks later I received a call from the one who’s tools I had. He came out and picked them up.
