Outstanding and friendly service! Great food, great atmosphere! Bottomless mimosas were amazing! Friends and I would and will definitely visit over and over, this is what Sunday brunch in the city is all about 🍻
This was my first brunch experience in NYC, and I have never felt more personally attacked in my life. The food and drinks were decent, but my friend had to wait over 40 minutes longer than the rest of us for his meal. This particular friend also felt uncomfortable by how he was spoken too. After this poor experience I decided to leave no tip, with helpful notes to improve. The server - claiming to the be manager - asked us "what is so miserable in your life that you had to shit on my day" after we left no tip because one meal came 40 mins later than the rest, he hit on one of us, never came to ask if we needed anything, messed up our bill. We explained why we didn't leave tip and he told us to "get out of my restaurant" instead of just apologizing. He told another table that we must have been Trump voters. I am leaving with you to judge how our Sunday Brunch was.
The bouncer was a dick, do not come here. This place is overrated and crowded. The bartenders cannot hold the bar and reuse glasses to make service go quicker. Even if you reserve a space for the night the bouncer will not allow your friends to come in, even if you are associated with the party.
Loved Hill and Dale!!! Our waiter Joey was amazing!!! Very attentive and funny!! Went out of his way to make us feel right at home after arriving. From San Diego. Bottomless brunch was great as well!!!
This place was amazing . Best Brunch and the friendliest staff . As a music lover the decor was unreal . I would eat here everyday if I could .
