What a friendly and professional atmosphere. They make you feel like family.
it is unfortunate when you come to the clinic, your animal in your arms on the verge of death, and because you dont have an appointment they will see what they can do to work you in and even go so far to tell you that they will charge you extra if they do treat him. Will not be bringing any of our animals to this clinic ever.
The staff and doctors here have welcomed my dog and I with open arms. I already love coming here and truly feel they care about my baby as if we'd been coming here for her entire life. She needs a lot of care, being almost 15 years old now, and I need supportive people to help me do the best I can for her. I've been given that support here several times already. Rarely do I write reviews. However, my experience with Hill Creek has been absolutely wonderful and warrants my wholehearted recommendation. I have worked with Dr. Lydia and her staff, specifically Jennifer and Brook, over the past ten years and found them very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. If you are new to the area, or looking for a new vet, you owe it to yourself to visit Hill Creek Veterinary Hospital. You will not be disappointed as they care for your pet as though it was their own.
I appreciate the knowledge, variety of services, and friendliness offered at Hill Creek! Dr. Lydia provided acupuncture to my 17 year old poodle mix with great results! My lab has been treated for food allergies, infections, and injuries with great success! I am so happy to have a place I trust for my pets! If you haven't already, you should give them a try! You won't regret it!
