Had a window and door installed. Had to call a professional to correct the door installation. Window has been leaking since install, so after five times that they've recaulked, I've called a professional. Lesson learned...call someone with real experience.

Great service, fast installation and they stand by their work. One of the windows had an issue with a mark on the inner film but we didn't see it until they had been in for a few months. Well John handled the warranty call to Milgard himself and all is being fixed. Can't really ask for more.
