WIC is ok.. but I would appreciate improvements similar to SNAP EBT. As a single pregnant woman with tendinitis in both wrists and no transportation except public I did not like having to shop in person carrying heavy groceries every month. There is no online WIC grocery delivery for major grocery retailers yet and there needs to be. My recent visit to the Boerne Texas WIC office left me feeling disappointed. My daughter had an appointment at 10:30, and we arrived on time, only to find the staff busy with another client. Despite being in the lobby on time, they told us we were late and had to reschedule.This miscommunication and delay were quite inconvenient, and we now have to return on Monday.
