My wife and I recently worked with Tanner at Volvo Hill Country and had a great experience. We got a recent but slightly used XC90, and appreciated how quickly they communicated with us as the car was in transit to when it arrived and was inspected. They answered all our questions and weren't pushy or overly sales-y. Once the transaction was done, Tanner spent 1-1 on time with us inside the car to set up its tech features and personalize everything for us. Smooth as glass. Our experience buying our certified pre-owned 2025 XC60 from Austin’s Volvo Cars Hill Country was about as smooth as it gets. From salesperson Yohanna’s responsiveness via txt when we first inquired about vehicles on the website to her enthusiasm later that day around test drives of two vehicles, to the patient, open and efficient way she closed our trade-in deal is commendable. Totally unresponsive and dismissive. Was trying to to inquire about purchasing a 2026 Volvo XC60 and spoke with a salesman named Tanner. Super unresponsive as I had to follow up with him several times. Said he’d pass along our inquiry to management and we never heard a word. Terrible customer service!
