Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from Josh Alvarado and had a great experience. He knew the vehicle well, gave us time to think it over without pressure, and worked with us on price. We had a long list of questions about prior use, warranty dates, and service history, and Volvo Cars Hill Country tracked down clear answers on all of them. Josh also delivered the car to us directly. Easy, transparent process from start to finish. Would recommend Josh and this dealership.
We had a great experience at this dealership today. The place has a super calm vibe and everyone is friendly, there to answer questions, without being pushy. When we were ready to explore our options, we were introduced to Josh. Josh patiently explained the various models, trims to help us figure out what actually made sense for our needs. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. We drove about 30 minutes specifically to look at a Volvo and were genuinely interested in the vehicle, but our interaction with Josh made us uncomfortable within the first five minutes. From beginning to end, Leo was kind, patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring.
