My first visit to this vet actually did not go well. They asked me to come in at 1:30, and when I arrived, which was after their lunch break, there were 2 other customers waiting. After waiting 30 minutes I asked if I was close to being next, and the lady behind the counter said they had booked 3 appointments at 1:30, one of which was an emergency, but they only have 2 treatment rooms.
